Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable products are exempt from being returned.

Customers will be liable for shipping costs unless there was an error or defective merchandise. We do not accept freight collect shipments. Please send your returns through a serious shipment company. We will not be responsible for any damage, loss or robbery during transport.

Once we check that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund. We will refund the original method of payment within five working days upon reception of the goods.

Exchanges can be accepted by a similar or higher price item. In case of higher price, you must pay the difference.
